Betting Limits

You can set financial limits on your account, which regulate how much money you can deposit in a given time period. On registering you must select either “no limit” or set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. You can always impose a limit after registration in the “Gambling Controls” section of the app/website. Any requested decrease in your deposit limit will be activated within 24 hours. Time-out facility

You can take a time-out of gambling for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days or 30 days via the “Gambling Controls” button in the “My Account” section of the app/website. A time-out means that you can still access your account, but cannot make any deposits. During this period, withdrawals are permitted. The time-out cannot be revoked unless we have reasonable ground to believe that it was implemented by mistake.

We will maintain records of all self-excluded customers.

Following the expiry of your self-exclusion period with SC Gaming, you can decide to renew it. If you do not renew it, you will still continue to be treated as self-excluded for a period of 7 years unless you contact us requesting to end your self-exclusion, in which case your self-exclusion will end after a 24-hour cooling-off period during which you will be required to confirm by phone.

Importantly, self-exclusion cannot be revoked during the self-exclusion period.

If you decide to self-exclude we would encourage you to also consider self-excluding from other gambling operators and/or install software on your computer that blocks access to gambling sites.
